Rates are effective January 1, 2007

On-Site (Your Location)

$135 Server and Network Configuration/Consultation*
$ 95 Workstation Configuration/Consultation*
$ 85 Home Computer Configuration/Consultation*
* On-Site Exceptions Outside of Sonoma County:
$135 per hour for all labor on site outside Sonoma County.

A minimum service fee of $50.00 will be charged for all service calls.

After business hour services:
$150 per hour includes services on weekends and before 8am or after 5pm on weekdays.
Emergency Services:
$175 per hour for unexpected night or weekend emergency services.

In-House (Our Office)

$ 75 Labor In House / Remote call-in server and networking maintenance
$ 65 Labor In House / Remote call-in workstation maintenance
$ 35 Technical Support: Phone Calls and E-mail ($35 per incident, includes first 15 minutes. $65 per hour thereafter)

Web Site Design and Maintenance

$ 65 Design, creation, maintenance:
A minimum service fee of $30 charged for all updates.

Recycle Computer Equipment

$25 Per item: Computer, Monitor, Printer, Fax, Scanner, Copier, UPS
$10 Miscellaneous Cables, Routers, hard drive destruction, Etc.
